The Practice

Serumpun Konsultant Sdn Bhd was established in 1994, following restructuring from an earlier engineering practice which was established in 1988. Basically a civil and structural engineering practice, covers project feasibility study, planning and design, and project implementation.

The principals of the firm, Ir Pui Syn Kong and Ir Quek Swee Kim, are directly involved in all projects entrusted who control and coordinate the design teams and in particular liaises closely with other government departments in achieving the most satisfactory solution to any problems.

The Company undertakes the engagement of specialist services when the scope of the project requires the inclusion of the specialist services beyond the normal professional experience of the principals and senior staff.

The Company registered itself with the Ministry of Finance Malaysia under the Category of Civil and Structural Consultancy Firm.
